Rockey Hunt
FAIRMONT — Rockey Hunt, 66, of 1692 N.C. 904 West, Fairmont, passed away March 2, 2013, at Southeastern Regional Medical Center in Lumberton.
The funeral will be 3 p.m. Friday at Pleasant View Baptist Church, the Revs. Ricky Burnett and Timmy Hunt officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
He was born Sept. 7, 1946, in Robeson County to the late Trussie (Lady) and Lizzie Bell Oxendine Hunt.
He was preceded in death by three brothers and two sisters.
He is survived by his wife, Deborah H. Hunt of the home; a stepdaughter, Candy Holmes; five brothers, Redell, Robert, A.G., Glenn and D.C. Hunt; three sisters, Hazel and Sandra Locklear and Linda Epps; three grandchildren, Alexa and Brandon Hunt and Christian Gonzalez.
The visitation will be from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Floyd Funeral Services in Fairmont, and other times at the home of Sandra Locklear 803 Pleasant Hope Road in Fairmont.
