Thelma Wilkins

ST. PAULS — Thelma Lee Wilkins, 68, of 1341 Rozier Siding Road, died March 17, 2013.

The funeral will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Revels Funeral Home Chapel Lumberton. Burial will follow in the Wilkins family cemetery.

Wilkins was born in Robeson County on Aug. 19, 1944, and was a daughter of the late Stancial and Maybell Carter.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul L. Wilkins; a brother, Stancial Carter Jr.; and a sister, Mary Elizabeth Bell.

She is survived by two sons, Tommy Lynn Wilkins of St. Pauls, and Christopher Carter and wife Sue of Dublin; a granddaughter, Kerrisa Carter; three brothers, Theral Carter, James Carter and Jerry Carter, all of Lumberton; four sisters, Mabel Smith and Nancy Smith, both of St. Pauls, Rebecca Lowery of Lumberton and Barbara Sue Bell of Lumberton.

The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. today at Revels Funeral Home Lumberton.
