Thefts

Linda Locklear, of R and L Drive, Lumberton, reported Monday that her $5 wallet and various bank and identification cards were stolen on Halsey Street, according to a police report.

Jo-ni Wood, of Roberts Avenue, Lumberton, reported Tuesday that a $853 scooter was stolen from Howard Johnson on Capuano Street, according to a police report.

Susie Meray, of Brook Lane, Lumberton, reported Monday that her $15 purse and an unknown amount of medication were stolen at Walmart on Fayetteville Road, according to a police report.

Michele Lenoff, of Deerfield, Fla., reported Monday that someone broke into her room at Comfort Inn on Wintergreen Drive in Lumberton and stole $400 in cash, two credit cards and a yellow diamond ring at an unknown value, according to a police report.

Vandalism

Jerry Byrd, of East Sixth Street, Lumberton, reported Tuesday that $200 in damage was done to the back door of his home during a break-in, according to a police report.
