Crime report

Angela Taylor, of Lumberton, reported to the Lumberton Police Department that someone stole from a residence on East Seventh Street three women’s coats and a dress, with a combined estimated value of $150.

Carlos Nino, of St. Pauls, reported to the Lumberton Police Department that someone broke into a truck located on West 27th Street and stole two 10-inch speakers and a 500-watt amplifier, with an total estimated value of $300.

An employee of the J.C. Penney store on North Elm Street reported to the Lumberton Police Department that someone walked out of the store with four brand-name shirts, with an estimated total value of $120.

Olivia Oxendine of Lumberton reported to the Lumberton Police Department that someone broke into a home on North McMillian Street and stole several pieces of jewelry, with a total estimated value of $11,500; Indian Penny cuff links, valued at about $150; a floral print bag valued at about $75; and a golf bag with clubs, valued at about $300.

The following incidents of larceny of a firearm were reported to the Robeson County Sheriff’s Office:

Blue Eugene, on Snake Road, Lumberton; and Anthony Taylor, on Alamac Road, Lumberton.

The following incidents of assault with a deadly weapon were reported to the Robeson County Sheriff’s Office:

Jordan Britt, on Evergreen Church Road, Pembroke; Lynda Fowler, on McLean Road, Lumberton; Shaun Barton, on Old Whiteville Road, Lumberton; and Selena Garrett, on Martin Road, St. Pauls.

The following incidents of armed robbery were reported to the Robeson County Sheriff’s Office:

Carlie Locklear, on Alamac Road, Lumberton; and Jorge Reyes-Munoz, on Pearsall Road, Red Springs.

Tiffany Porter reported to the Robeson County Sheriff’s Office that someone assaulted her by strangulation on Saddletree Road in Lumberton.

Luis Castrejon reported to the Robeson County Sheriff’s Office that a vehicle was stolen from Mt. Tabor Road/McQueen Road in Red Springs.
