Crime report

An employee of the Cracker Barrel, located on Lackey Street, reported to the Lumberton Police Department that someone stole eight scented candles,with a combined estimated value of $199.92.

Tina Kinlaw, of Lumberton, reported to the Lumberton Police Department that someone broke into a building on West Second Street and sole a leaf blower, two extension cords and a hedge clipper. Values for the stolen items were not recorded on the incident report.

The following incidents of larceny of a motor vehicle were reported to the Robeson County Sheriff’s Office:

Luis Castrejon, Mount Tabor Road, Red Springs; and George Oxendine, Ronco Drive, Shannon.
