City Council to meet on Monday

LUMBERTON — The Lumberton City Council on Monday is expected to give final approval to a Virginia company for a $600,000 sewer project this summer.

Prizm Contractors and Engineers of Williamsburg, Va., will perform rehab work under Lambert Street near Cracker Barrel restaurant, the area around Cedar and 24th streets, under Fayetteville Road and in the Alexander Street and Edgewood Drive areas.

The meeting begins at 6 p.m. in the council chambers on the third floor of City Hall. The Robesonian will live stream the meeting.
