LUMBERTON — A Pembroke man was arrested Wednesday on charges of breaking into vehicles, a felony, and a crime he has previously been charged with.
Guy Wesley Graham, 29, of 226 Eddie Road in Pembroke, was charged with breaking and entering a motor vehicle, larceny after breaking and entering and was jailed under a $25,500 bond.
Court documents say that Graham broke into a Dodge Ram pickup truck on Wednesday belonging to Thriston Dial and stole $40 in cash, a power inverter, a designer coat and a backpack.
On Jan. 10, Graham was charged with felony breaking and entering and misdemeanor injury to personal property when he broke a lock to enter a storage building on the 300 block of Will Road in Pembroke, with intent to commit a larceny, according to court records. The building was owned by Ernie Graham, who claimed a heat gun and a porter grinder were stolen.
Graham is scheduled back in court on June 25 and June 28 for those charges.
Court records show Graham was arrested and charged with similar crimes in 2017.
