LUMBERTON — North Tower is scheduled to perform Thursday in the Alive After 5 concert series, but the city is keeping a close watch on the weather, which shows a chance of scattered showers and thunderstorms.
“It’s too early to see how the weather is going to go but for now the show is still on,” said Connie Russ, the downtown development coordinator.
The show is set to run from 7 to 9:30 p.m. at Third and Water streets in front of Adelio’s Restaurant. Admission is free, and food will be available for purchase. Attendees are asked to bring a lawn chair for comfort.
North Tower has been a southern party bands for over 35 years, providing top 40, beach, funk and oldies music.
Hip Pocket will end the series on June 21.
