LUMBERTON — A teenager girl who went missing last week is back at home and safe.
According to mulitiple law enforcement officers, Holly Rebecca Collins, 14, who had last been seen on July 1, has returned home. Further details were not immediately available.
In an unrelated case, the search continues for 55-year-old Susan Dial McGirt, who walked away from an assisted living facility she lived at on Wednesday at around 9 a.m.
She is an American Indian female with red hair, who is about 5-foot, 8-inches tall and 170 pounds. She was last seen wearing pink pajamas and a floral print night gown in the area of 600 Mt. Moriah Church Road in Lumberton walking towards Interstate 95.
Mary Wesson said her mother suffers from cognitive impairment and depends on psychiatric medications.
There is a $1,000 reward for information that leads to McGirt.
