SHANNON — A 22-year-old man has been charged with discharging a weapon into an occupied vehicle after he surrendered to the Sheriff’s Office on Saturday.

According to a statement from the Sheriff’s Office, Kevin Carl Hagens Jr., of Shannon, shot into an occupied vehicle at about 2 p.m. on Wednesday on the 9500 block of Rennert Road in Shannon. No one was injured.

Hagens was out on bond after being arrested on Dec. 11 and charged with felony conspiracy, larceny of cattle and possession of cocaine. His bond on this shooting was set at $250,000 secured.
