According to North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services, as of 1:07 p.m. on Friday, April 10, there were 3,908 confirmed cases in North Carolina, 74 deaths, 57,645 who had been tested and 423 people hospitalized. There had been seven cases reported in Robeson County. In the United States, there had been 427,460 cases and 14,696 deaths.
