LUMBERTON — Five governing boards are set to meet next week.

The Robeson County Board of Commissioners will convene in person at 9 a.m. Monday in the commissioners’ meeting room on the first floor of the Robeson County Administration Building, located at 550 N. Chestnut St.

Also on Monday, the Pembroke Town Council is scheduled to meet at 7 p.m. in Town Hall, located at 100 Union Chapel Road.

The Red Springs Board of Commissioners are scheduled to meet on Tuesday.

Among items listed to be discussed are state budget grant, audit letter, trash truck and more. The town also will swear in its recently elected commissioner board members during the meeting.

The meeting will take place at 7 p.m. in Town Hall, and also will be broadcast on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100012460697892.

The Lumberton City Council has scheduled a special meeting on Wednesday.

Among items to be discussed are awarding the contract for the infrastructure construction related to the industrial park at Interstate 95 and U.S. 74, zoning items, and a variety of other items.

The meeting, which will is to start at 11 a.m., will be livestreamed on the City of Lumberton 911 Emergency Services Facebook page.

St. Pauls commissioners will meet Thursday at 7 p.m. The meeting will take place in the commissioners’ meeting room in Town Hall, located at 210 W. Blue St.
