On September 9, board member Mitchell “Boscoe” Locklear was re-appointed to the Robeson Community College Board of Trustees. Locklear was sworn in during the bi-monthly meeting, beginning his second term serving on the RCC Board. Locklear began serving on the RCC Board in 2020.
