ST. PAULS — The Robeson County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s assistance with locating a man in connection to the sexual assault of a child.
Rolando Villasenor-Martinez, 32, of St. Pauls is wanted in connection to first degree statutory rape, incest with a minor and felony child sexual abuse, according to The Robeson County Sheriff’s Office.
