HAMLET — Misty Locklear of Robeson County was among the 10 students who recently graduated from the Practical Nursing program at Richmond Community College.
The Practical Nursing pinning ceremony was held Tuesday at the Cole Auditorium in Hamlet as a culmination for the 11-month program that prepares graduates to take the National Council licensure examination in order to become a licensed practical nurse.
