PEMBROKE — The Purnell Swett softball team claimed a 5-0 win over Lee County at home on Saturday.
Freshman Chandra Locklear earned her first win and struck out three in her three innings of work.
Trinity Locklear had two hits and an RBI, while Deese added a triple and an RBI and Summer Bullard had one hit to go along with one RBI.
Purnell Swett takes on Pincrest on Tuesday.
